One-year limited warranty, with up to 18 months of coverage during the campaign
From now through December 31, 2026, EOG Odor Eliminator and EOG Active Oxygen Sprayer products purchased from the EOG official website or an eligible retailer listed on our Store Locations page receive a six-month warranty extension upon registration, for up to 18 months of coverage. Coverage begins on the purchase date, and there is no separate registration deadline.
How to complete warranty registration
Please provide the following information:
- Purchase Channel
- Product Model (EOG-01 — EOG Odor Eliminator / EOG-02 — EOG Active Oxygen Sprayer)
- Name
- Contact Number
- Purchase Date
- Invoice or Order Number
After submitting your registration
Your warranty registration will be submitted for review. Eligible products purchased during the campaign period receive a six-month warranty extension, for up to 18 months of coverage. Confirmation information will be sent to your email. For inspections, repairs, or after-sales service, please contact a specialist via our official LINE.
