Shipping policy

1. Order processing
Orders are arranged within 1–3 business days after an order is placed, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping method
Orders are delivered by our logistics partners. Delivery generally takes 1–3 business days, depending on the destination.

3. Shipping costs
Orders of NT$3,000 or more qualify for free shipping. A shipping fee of NT$170 applies to orders below NT$3,000.

4. Shipping destinations
We ship only to Taiwan’s main island. We do not currently deliver to Kinmen, Matsu, Penghu, or overseas destinations.
